As the co-founder of Gridline, Justin is a strong advocate for the telematics industry and developing solutions that lead to better safety, efficiency and profitability for his customers. Prior to co-founding Gridline, Justin held positions at American Airlines, Motorola and several software start-ups, where he developed his expertise in the industries of transportation, big manufacturing and B2B software.
Justin’s technical background and relationship-driven sales approach enable him to form a deeper understanding of his customers’ unique needs. He is passionate about creating innovative solutions that enable customers to get the most out of their telematics solutions.
Justin holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University. When he’s not in the office or on the road, you can often find him golfing, bicycling or trail running through the scenic Arizona desert.
Gridline co-founder Scott Tenney has dedicated the last 15 years to evolving and purposefully innovating in the GPS transportation, distribution and telecommunications industries. Scott is continuously looking ahead of the curve to predict his customers’ next need. He understands the demands of fleet operators and pays meticulous attention to the details, enabling Gridline to continually improve its solutions.
Prior to co-founding Gridline, Scott served Nextel and Sprint Nextel as an Enterprise Account Representative, working with Fortune 500 customers, such as MillerCoors and Anheuser-Busch. Customer relationships, engagement and satisfaction are the principles that have continually guided his career.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Arizona. In his free time, he enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team and playing on one of Arizona’s many challenging golf courses.
